Annual Truck Driver Social Media Convention

Truth About Trucking, LLC Rights

Truth About Trucking, LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion, to: (1) determine the eligibility of sponsorship, (2) reject or prohibit sponsors and/or attendees that it considers objectionable, inappropriate, disruptive or offensive to the event, other sponsors or attendees, and (3) reserve the right to change, modify, relocate or cancel this convention due to unforeseen events, without any liability to Truth About Trucking, LLC. In the event of a cancellation of this program, Truth About Trucking, LLC will issue a 100% money-back refund to all sponsorship parties and attendees of the event.

Sponsorship Rights to Pledge Form

The sponsor shall present, as good faith, a 50% down-payment of said sponsorship pledge form amount at the time of the pledge, with the remaining 50% balance being due within 30 days of deposit payment. From date of deposit, Truth About Trucking, LLC. will submit invoice for remaining sponsorship balance. Pledges made on or after March 30, 2012 will be collected in full, 100% and nonrefundable after this date.

Cancellation and Termination

The sponsor shall have the right to cancel said sponsorship pledge by March 30, 2012 to receive a refund, less 30% for operating costs, of their paid pledge. Cancellations and new pledges made on or after March 30, 2012 will be 100% non-refundable. Sponsors shall notify the appropriate officers of Truth About Trucking, LLC about their cancellation in writing on or prior to March 30, 2012 of their intent to cancel. Truth About Trucking, LLC has the right to review on an individual basis any sponsors request to cancel and will make a decision to refund on a case by case scenario.

Miscellaneous

a) Waiver by Truth About Trucking, LLC of any breach of any term or provision of this license agreement by the sponsor shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions hereof. b) No alterations or variations of the terms of this license agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by each of the parties hereto. c) This license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the governing jurisdiction in which the event is held.
